Nageswara Rao, carries forward nearly 28 years of professional construction experience (1997–2025) with a proven record of successfully completing 50+ government and public sector projects. The firm has executed works for reputed government departments and authorities such as Central Public Work Department [CPWD], Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams [TTD], Engineering Project India Limited [EPIL] and other statutory bodies, covering institutional buildings, hospitals, medical blocks, educational campuses, hostels, residential quarters, administrative buildings, roads, and allied infrastructure works.

Mrs. C. Madhavi is a qualified management professional with an B.Com completed, bringing extensive experience in administration, organizational management, and operational coordination. She began her professional career by working with various private organizations, where she gained strong exposure to structured administrative systems, personnel management, and process-driven operations.

Following her association with CNR Infratech, Ms. Madhavi has been actively involved in overseeing and managing the administrative and organizational functions of the firm. From the time of her association with the business, she has played a key role in establishing and strengthening internal control systems, office administration, documentation, coordination, and compliance support, enabling smooth and efficient project execution.

With her vast experience in administrative leadership and system-driven management, Mrs. Madhavi has been instrumental in scaling the organization by introducing structured processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting management in decision-making and coordination with stakeholders. As a Partner of CNR Infratech, she continues to contribute significantly to the firm’s growth by ensuring organizational stability, administrative discipline, and effective support to project and business operations.
